    OK, this is a bit embarrassing... but I just completed a stocktake - and I got a bit of a surprise.

    Actually, it was a pretty big, nasty surprise.

    We're overstocked by 120 Portable aircon units and we have new stock arriving and I need some extra space

     So, I'm either going to have to rent additional space which is going to
cost me money, which I don't particularly want to and I ideally need to get this sorted by..

     I suppose I really should have seen this coming - we had all kinds of new customers join us in the last year, we ordered more units and the weather changed...and we were left with this overstock

     In any case I need to move these units quickly to make space in the warehouse.

     We normally don't discount heavily we don't need to as normally we don't have overstocks... in fact we are thinking hard about *RAISING* our prices.

     After all, we haven't increased prices since 2006.

     However, I don't normally have this problem that I need to sort out before the new stock arrives.
